It was a crazy week, and I'm happy to be home after a trip back to Ohio to visit my parents. I finished up the pastries I started last weekend, and after a rough start they were a definite success. The thing is, it's quite the ordeal to make them, so I am happy to wait another year to tackle them again.
We also went to the Broncos-Browns game today, where I proudly wore my Browns sweatshirt...until about halfway through the 3rd quarter, when it started getting hard to be proud. At any rate, I like being a Browns fan because we are eternal optimists. Things HAVE to get better eventually.
