Bang!

When I was little, my grandparents had a dog, and I vividly remember only two things about her. 1. Her name was Zelda. My mom named her after Zelda Fitzgerald, which I think is incredibly cool of her (my mom, not the notable author's wife). 2. If you made a gun with your hand and said, "bang!" she would roll over and stick her paws in the air. She was pretty old, so she couldn't hear very well, but she'd still do the trick if you just made sure she could see you do the hand motion.

When I got Francie, I decided I wanted her to be able to play dead too. I had to wait until she got over being a spazzy puppy, but last year sometime I started working on it. And voila, it is now her best trick:
